1.Cleaning the Surface of the Range Hood
When cleaning the surface of the range hood, use a clean, soft cloth to wipe it. Special attention should be paid to not using highly corrosive detergents, as they can damage the stainless steel panel components.
2.Disassembly and Cleaning of the Impeller and Volute Inner Cavity:
Unscrew the screws of the mesh cover plate and the mesh cover, and remove the plate and the mesh cover. Then, unscrew the fastening screws of the impeller and take out the impeller. Place the removed parts in warm water with a neutral detergent, wash them with a soft cloth, and then dry them. Use a soft cloth with a small amount of warm water containing a neutral detergent to wipe the dirt in the inner cavity of the volute. Wash it with a soft cloth and then dry it. Assemble the above components in the reverse order of disassembly. After installation, check whether the oil path of the appliance is smooth and whether the sealing ring on the volute can seal properly.
3.Precautions for Cleaning the Impeller and Volute:
During cleaning, the motor and electrical parts should not get wet. When cleaning, do not pull the internal connecting wires forcefully, otherwise the connection points may become loose, causing a risk of electric shock. It is prohibited to use flammable solvents such as alcohol, banana water, and gasoline to clean the range hood to prevent the occurrence of fire accidents. When cleaning, wear rubber gloves to prevent being hurt by the sharp edges of metal parts.
4.Cleaning the Oil Filter of the Range Hood
First, remove the oil filter of the range hood and then rinse it in warm water with detergent for 5 – 10 minutes. Then, use a soft brush to clean the dirt in the pores of the filter screen and then dry it with a soft cloth.
5.Cleaning the Fan Blades of the Range Hood
